1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of AxonFlow Plugin Pro, a paid tier of service operated by AxonFlow Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("AxonFlow", "we", "our"), on the hosted endpoint try.getaxonflow.com.

These Terms supplement, and are read together with, the AxonFlow Privacy Policy and the Plugin Pro Refund Policy.

These Terms do not govern AxonFlow Community Edition (self-hosted under BSL 1.1), AxonFlow Enterprise (governed by individually negotiated contracts), or use of try.getaxonflow.com on the Free tier (governed by the "Community SaaS" section of the Privacy Policy and offered without warranty as described there).

2. The Service

AxonFlow Plugin Pro provides, for a 90-day window starting on the date of purchase:

• 30-day rolling audit retention on your tenant's governance records
• A daily quota of 1,000 governed events (writes, policy evaluations, override creates) per UTC day
• Access to the read tools (audit search, decision explain, overrides) via the AxonFlow plugins for OpenClaw, Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex
• Email support at [email protected] with a target response time of two business days
• Stripe Customer Portal access to view invoices and update payment method

Specific quota and retention numbers may be tightened in response to abuse or in proportion to overall infrastructure load; we will not silently reduce them and any change will apply going forward, not retroactively.

3. Pricing and Non-Recurring Nature

AxonFlow Plugin Pro is priced at $9.99 USD per 90-day window, payable via Stripe at the point of purchase.

This is a one-time payment for a time-bounded service, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. We do not retain your card credentials beyond what Stripe requires to process the single transaction. To continue Plugin Pro service after the 90-day window, you must complete a new purchase.

The locked customer-facing wording is:

AxonFlow Plugin Pro — $9.99 USD for 90 days of Pro tier service. After 90 days your tenant returns to the Free tier (3-day audit retention, 200 events/day). To continue Pro, re-purchase — there's no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.

4. Tax

Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar transaction taxes. Stripe Tax computes any such tax at checkout based on your billing address; the displayed total at checkout is the amount you pay.

5. End of the 90-Day Window

At the end of the 90-day window (or earlier upon refund or revocation):

• Your Plugin Pro license token is no longer accepted by validators.
• Your tenant returns to the Free tier (3-day rolling audit retention, 200 governed events per day).
• Your tenant identity, registration, and any audit records still inside the Free-tier 3-day rolling window are preserved.
• Audit records older than 3 days that were retained under the Pro 30-day window may be removed by routine audit-cleanup processes.
• You receive no automatic charge, no email asking you to renew unless you have explicitly opted in to such notifications, and no further action is required of you.

6. Refunds

The Plugin Pro Refund Policy provides a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. The refund policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Plugin Pro to govern AI workflows that are themselves illegal under your applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass tier-quota or tier-retention limits, share your license token across unrelated tenants, or otherwise misuse the licensing mechanism.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to compromise the Plugin Pro service, the underlying community-saas infrastructure, or other tenants on the shared infrastructure.
• Re-sell, re-license, or commercially redistribute Plugin Pro without our written agreement.
• File a fraudulent chargeback after receiving usable Pro service. (You always retain the right to a refund per the Refund Policy and the right to a chargeback under your card-issuer's terms; the prohibition is on fraudulent rather than legitimate chargebacks.)

8. Termination by AxonFlow

We may revoke your Plugin Pro license token and refund the unused portion of your $9.99 (pro-rated to the day) if you materially violate these Terms — in particular Section 7 — or if your continued use of the service poses a material risk to the integrity of the shared infrastructure or to other tenants.

We will give you reasonable advance notice unless the violation is severe enough that immediate revocation is necessary to protect the service or other tenants.

9. Service Commitments and Limits

What Plugin Pro commits to. For the 90-day window starting on your purchase date, AxonFlow Plugin Pro provides 30-day rolling audit retention, 1,000 governed events per day, all read tools (audit search, decision explain, overrides), stable tenant identity with email recovery, email support with a 2-business-day response time, and access to the Stripe Customer Portal for invoice and card management. These commitments are described on our pricing page and form the basis on which you purchased the service.

What Plugin Pro does not commit to. Plugin Pro runs on shared infrastructure (the same try.getaxonflow.com endpoint as the Free tier). We apply reasonable engineering practices and operate the service in good faith, but we do not commit to a specific uptime target, latency target, or incident-response timeline at this price point. For workloads that require contractual availability commitments, please consider AxonFlow Enterprise.

If we fail to deliver what was committed. The 14-day no-questions-asked refund window covers any time during the first 14 days when you decide Plugin Pro is not what you expected. Outside that window, if an extended outage or other operational issue materially deprives you of Pro service, or if we discontinue Plugin Pro during your active 90-day window, we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis under the Refund Policy — which may include a pro-rated refund of the unused portion. Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you stronger statutory rights than this Section, those rights are preserved and not waived.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AxonFlow's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of Plugin Pro is limited to the fees you have paid us for Plugin Pro in the 90-day window in which the claim arose — that is, $9.99 USD per relevant 90-day window. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights than this Section, those statutory rights are preserved and not waived.

11. Privacy and Data

Use of Plugin Pro is governed by the AxonFlow Privacy Policy, including the Payment Processing section that addresses Stripe data handling and US-EU data flows.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes that affect your rights or our obligations under an in-flight 90-day Pro window, we will give at least 30 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page (and, where reasonable, by emailing the address you used at checkout). Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting, broken-link fixes) take effect on posting.

For any in-flight Pro window at the time of a material change, your existing 90-day window continues under the Terms in effect when you purchased it; the change takes effect on your next purchase.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, except that consumers who reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection law grants them home-forum rights retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
