AxonFlow Plugin Pro — Refund Policy

Scope
This refund policy applies to AxonFlow Plugin Pro — the $9.99 USD one-time payment for 90 days of Pro tier service on try.getaxonflow.com. It does not apply to AxonFlow Enterprise, In-VPC, or any contracted self-hosted plan; those have their own contractual refund terms.
14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Window
You may request a full refund for AxonFlow Plugin Pro within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, for any reason or no reason at all. We do not require justification, an explanation, or any process beyond identifying the order.
The 14-day window starts at the moment Stripe records the successful charge, which is typically the moment you complete checkout.
EU Consumer-Law Alignment
AxonFlow honors the right of withdrawal granted to EU consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (the Distance Selling / Consumer Rights Directive). Our 14-day window matches the statutory minimum and applies regardless of the buyer's country of residence — we do not differentiate between EU and non-EU customers for refund purposes.
Where applicable EU law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those statutory rights are preserved and not waived by anything in this document.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your Stripe order ID (or the email receipt forwarded), or
- The email address you used at checkout, or
- Your AxonFlow tenant ID (the
cs_<uuid>from your plugin status output)
Any one of these is sufficient. We will respond within two business days to confirm the refund, and process it the same day.
Refund Processing
- Method: the full $9.99 USD is refunded to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Timing: Stripe processes the refund the same business day; your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days. Some debit cards and some non-US issuers may take longer; this is outside our control.
- Stripe processing fees ($0.30 + 2.9%) are absorbed by AxonFlow and are not deducted from your refund. You receive the full $9.99.
- Currency: refunded in USD. If your card was billed in a different currency due to FX conversion, the refund is also FX-converted by your issuer; small differences from the original charge amount can result and are also outside our control.
What Happens to Your Tenant on Refund
When we process the refund:
- Your Plugin Pro license token is revoked immediately.
- Your tenant returns to the Free tier: 3-day rolling audit retention, 200 governed events per day.
- Your tenant identity, your registration, and any audit records still inside the Free-tier 3-day rolling window are preserved.
- Audit records older than 3 days that were retained under the Pro 30-day window may be removed by routine audit-cleanup processes after the refund.
Partial Refunds
Plugin Pro is a $9.99 one-time payment for a 90-day window. Partial refunds are not offered for V1 — refund requests are processed as full $9.99 refunds with corresponding immediate license revocation. If demand for partial-refund handling materializes after V1, we may revisit; for now, the simpler full-refund flow is what we offer.
After the 14-Day Window
After 14 calendar days from the purchase date, refunds are no longer offered as a matter of policy. The remaining duration of the 90-day Pro service is non-refundable.
If something has gone genuinely wrong on our side — for example, an extended outage that prevented you from using Pro tier service for a meaningful portion of the 90-day window — please email [email protected] and we will treat it as an operational issue, not a refund request, and resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
Re-Purchasing After a Refund
You may re-purchase Plugin Pro at any time after a refund — we do not block or rate-limit refund-then-rebuy. The new purchase issues a fresh 90-day Pro window starting from the new charge date.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you would prefer to file a chargeback through your card issuer rather than email us, you have that right. We strongly prefer that you email [email protected] first because email refunds are faster (same-day) and don't carry the chargeback fees and processing time that affect both sides. Either way, we honor the 14-day window.
