Most enterprise AI work does not stall because teams cannot prompt a model. It stalls because production systems need to answer harder questions: who can call which tool, which policy made a decision, when should a human approve, what changed between two runs, and what evidence can be shown to security, risk, legal, or audit teams.

AxonFlow is a runtime control layer for that gap. It sits between AI agents and real systems, enforcing policies, recording decisions, routing approvals, and giving platform teams the operational evidence they need before AI touches sensitive workflows.
