Yes. Most teams start with a scoped pilot or design-partner engagement, prove one or two governed workflows, and then convert to an annual In-VPC contract.
Managed SaaS usage is counted at the governed-request layer. Every policy evaluation, permission check, and orchestration request counts as one request. Health checks and internal metrics do not count.
Yes. Volume, multi-year, design-partner, and strategic deployment discounts are handled through custom enterprise agreements.
Yes, for Enterprise tier customers. Pay through AWS Marketplace and apply to your AWS commit. Setup fee: $2K one-time.
