How is usage calculated?

Monthly requests are counted at the Agent layer (policy evaluations). Each API call to AxonFlow counts as one request. Multi-agent orchestration counts by parent workflow, not individual agent calls.

What's included in "monthly requests"?

Every policy evaluation, permission check, and orchestration request. Does NOT include monitoring queries, health checks, or internal metrics.

Do you offer annual contracts?

Yes! Save 15-20% with annual prepayment. Typical annual contracts: $50K (Pilot), $150K (Growth), $250K (Enterprise).

Can I start with a pilot and upgrade?

Absolutely. Most customers start with a 4-week pilot ($5-10K/month) and upgrade to Growth or Enterprise within 2-3 months. No migration costs.

What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?

We'll notify you at 80% usage. Overages are billed at $0.10 per 1K requests. Or upgrade to the next tier for better economics.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. For 1M+ monthly requests or multi-year contracts, contact sales for custom pricing. Typical discounts: 20-30% off list price.

Is AWS Marketplace billing available?

Yes, for Enterprise tier customers. Pay through AWS Marketplace and apply to your AWS commit. Setup fee: $2K one-time.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund within first 4 weeks if we don't deliver a production-ready workflow meeting your requirements. After that, 30-day notice to cancel monthly contracts.
